CLUB LEVEL   a.k.a. Travel Soccer  

What is it?

  Travel Soccer is for those players who interested in playing at a higher level than rec soccer.  The purpose of travel soccer is to further   develop individual skill as well as teamwork through games against other area clubs. Player's should possess a basic understanding of   the game's principles in which the coach's prime objective is to develop them into a better soccer player.

  Coach's will require a greater level of practice time and sessions from their players in order to accomplish the above objective. Coach's and parents will decide if a team will enter any indoor/outdoor tournaments. Some teams may travel out of state for a tournament, but most stay within the Capital District.

  As in rec soccer, there is a higher registration fee for each player.  The reason for this is travel soccer tries to prepare the player for the   next stage of their soccer career, high school or college. Travel soccer is generally considered to be an 8-10 month commitment for the child and parent.

  If your child has the skill and desire to learn, we want him or her.  We at RYSC think our program is the best - but don't take our word for it, try it for yourself!

       Uniform Package for U8 - Score home/away shirts, shorts & socks.

       Uniform Package for U10-U19 - 2 Shirts, 2 Shorts and 1 pair of Socks

NOTICE: Your child must be paid in full before a uniform package will be issued.
One 10% family* discount ($22.00/23.00/25.00/28.00) on the lowest player's fee.
Ex: A family of a U12, U14 and U19 --> $285 + 285 + 235-23 = $782.00
*Two or more children playing travel soccer.

'07-08 RYSC Refund Policy:

 Before October 31 - 100%
November 1 - December 31 - 50%
After January 1 - 0%
