A. Caschera called the June 2007 monthly board meeting to order at 8:25pm at the Columbo Club, Rotterdam, NY.

May 8, 2007 Meeting Minutes – (A. Caschera) Minutes were reviewed. A motion was made by L. Maliszewski and seconded by D. McDermott to approve the minutes as submitted. All in attendance were in favor. Motion carried.

Treasurer's Report - (B. DiBella) Bob presented the treasurer's report and reviewed the summary and transaction report as of May 31, 2007 and stated that the account is in great shape. A motion was made by R. Beerle and seconded by D. McDermott to accept the treasurer’s report as submitted. All in attendance were in favor. Motion carried.

Fields/Grounds – (A. Caschera) Fertilizer and paint have been bought.

CDYSL – (A. Caschera) Angelo reminded everyone to submit game cards on time and be sure they are completed. Discussion was held regarding the lack of referees and the problem that is it causing.

Fall Rec – (D. McDermott) Dave stated that coordinators will be meeting sometime in July. An invitation will be sent out. Coordinators are needed. Mario and Bob will be coordinating the referee course.

Spring Soccer – (L. Maliszewski) Lynn stated all is going well. The Club has 120 children enrolled in the program and everything is running smoothly.

Travel Team – (A. Caschera) Travel Team – (A. Caschera) Discussion was held regarding the 2007-2008 season and probable coaches.

Old Business – The AC Milan Camp online registration is underway. The cost is $300 for new players and $245 for returning players with uniform. Discussion was held regarding uniforms. Greg mentioned that seven of his players never received uniforms; therefore, a refund will be issued.

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday September 11, 2007. Board members will meet at 7:00pm.

With no other topics to be discussed, a motion was made by L. Maliszewksi and seconded by R. Beerle to adjourn the meeting at 9:15pm. All in attendance were in favor. Motion carried.
